These terms govern your use of addmy.bio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

addmy.bio is a multilingual digital business card: you publish a profile, share it by NFC, QR, or link, and the people who saved you are notified when your details change.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• abuse, overload, or attempt to breach the service or its security;
• send unsolicited messages to subscribers who did not opt in.

Your content

You own the content you publish. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display your profile to the audiences you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Plans & billing

Pricing shown on the site is indicative. During 2026 a free plan is available and paid billing is not yet live; any future paid subscription will be presented for explicit confirmation before any charge.

Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, personal data is purged within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.

Governing language & law

English is the governing language of these terms; any translation is provided for convenience only. The governing law and jurisdiction will be specified before public launch.
